Snagged some upcoming Voltron toy pictures from the Playmates site (some time ago).
But they are worth sharing. Stealth Voltron (the big $60) is quite imposing even
tho it looks a bit odd. I might still get it (definitely if it's on sale!).

Not _Robotech_ mind you. No, Robotack! Cute animals transform into cute robots with a few swaps of their magnetic limbs and some flips and twists.11-Nov-99 Final Fantasy VIII: GUARDIAN FORCEQuite a contrast against the nighmarish robots from Beast Wars: Transmetals 2 and McFarlanes TechnoSpawn. Robotack, while a bit dopey, are refreshing to have around the office desk and on the dresser.
I picked up a few from ActionAce. Robotack figures retail for 2500 yen ($25) but ActionAce.com is selling them for $15. 7-Apr-00 AA sells them for $30 now.
I also picked up all four Final Fantasy VIII: Guardian Force action figures (Assortment 1) from ActionAce.
I ordered them Wednesday and they showed up Friday.
