Could "Mach Alert" be "Break's" older brother?

Could (Transformers: Car Robots) Mach Alert be (Beast Wars: Neo) Break's older brother?

If Mach Alert isn't the newest incarnation of Break, they must at least be brothers! Here's some reasons why!

They're both black and white in their alternate mode
In robot modes, both use blue to accent their colors
Both use blue on the torso and lower legs
Even their feet fold up the same in transformation
Both have large arm shields
Both left arms have shields which become "backsides" of the alternate mode
Both have orange eyes
Both faceplates cover the nose (like the original Beast Wars Optimus Primal)
Mach Alert and Break are both smiling (it could be for the same reason too!)
Mach Alert's motto "No breaking the rules!" mentions Break in a round-about way
Both have a 3 in their Takara code C-003, C-032 (OK, it's a stretch!)
